Cheese, Bread and Wine at Pastoral Festival

If you enjoy cheese, bread and wine, then you do not want to miss out on the second annual Pastoral’s Artisan Producer Festival tomorrow at the Chicago French Market. Pastoral Artisan Cheese, Bread & Wine was one of five retailers selected to win the Outstanding National Specialty Food Retailer of the Year award given out by the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade.

The Festival runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and is a free event where visitors will get the opportunity to meet culinary artisans and sample their products. This year’s lineup will feature over 70 culinary producers, including award-winning U.S. cheesemakers, Italian truffle oil artisans and Bordeaux vintners. There will also be cheese wrapping competitions for both professionals and amateurs.
