Although there are hundreds of great ramen joints in the city, this is merely one, featuring milky white pork-based tonkotsu broth. I particularly enjoyed the fresh cloves of garlic at each table, along with your very own garlic press, which allows you to add a burst of flavor to the top of your ramen bowl.
