Food Wars

Steve was a guest on Travel Channel's "Food Wars," which had its premiere from Chicago.  In the Italian Beef episode, Steve discussed the history of the sandwich in Chicago, and how the Union Stockyards on the Side Side impacted the decision by Italian immigrants to create a culinary icon.
