For some reason, the past few years have brought much improved food booths to this annual music fest in Grant Park.  Not just tasty Mexican from the likes of Adobo Grill, but also some higher-caliber kitchen muscle, in the form of Graham Elliot Bowles, who runs a namesake restaurant in River North.  I spoke with the chef on a blistering hot day at Lolla this year.
