Iron Chef America

Steve has twice been a guest judge on the highly-acclaimed cult classic, "Iron Chef America" on the Food Network.  In 2008, he tasted his way through Battle: Rabbit.  Along with judges Dana Cowin, the Editor of Food & Wine Magazine and Alex Guarnaschelli, Chef/Owner of Butter in New York, the episode originally aired January 1, 2008.
