P.R.I.'s "The World"

In 2002, Steve became an occasional Food Reporter for Public Radio International's "The World," a co-production of WGBH-Boston and the BBC. Airing on more than 150 stations in the U.S., his work on "The World" brings international food reporting to the American audience. Steve has filed reports from India (Kerala cuisine), Jamaica (Jerk cooking), Italy (prosciutto di San Daniele and Grana Padano cheese) and Vancouver (Izakaya bars).

His work on "The World" has garnered three James Beard Awards.
