McCrady’s combines traditional southern flavors with local, peak season ingredients in its contemporary take on southern cuisine. Uber-Southern chef-hero Sean Brock is behind it all, sourcing from Lowcountry farmers, fishermen, even the restaurant’s own rooftop garden; and the menu is updated daily to serve  food at the peak of freshness. Also not to be missed is McCrady’s itself; a historical building that exudes understated elegance and once hosted a 30-course dinner for President George Washington.
