Marisol Chef Gearing Up for CPS/Pilot Light Fundraiser

Nearly two dozen of Chicago’s best chefs are getting together for a unique fundraiser this Friday for a non-profit called Pilot Light, which works with Chicago Public Schools children. One of the key chefs involved is Jason Hammel, known for his work at Lula Cafe. From the kitchen of his new restaurant, Marisol, inside the Museum of Contemporary Art, he is planning out this week’s event. I got a little preview. Tickets still available here.
