Lung King Heen

This dim sum restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel is the only 3-star Michelin dim sum in the world. I think that rating (as I do with many of the Michelin-rated places in Asia) is a stretch. This is definitely power lunch time, with commanding views of the Harbor and the skyscrapers that surround it, but I’m not sure it’s 3-star caliber, especially when it comes to service. The food, however, is remarkable, and the attention to detail is astounding. It’s not that often you can eat Cantonese food this elegant, this elevated, in such posh surroundings. If you’re wealthy uncle is picking up the check, all the better.
