I receive a lot of cookbooks during the year, but a recent one, Bangkok: Recipes and Stories from the Heart of Thailand stood out because of its thoroughness and vivid representation of what eating and cooking in Thailand is really like. If you’ve ever been curious about how the Thais truly eat, this is the book for you.
