"Tell me what you eat, and I will tell you what you are."
Anthelme Brillat-Savarin (The Physiology of Taste, 1825)
I routinely eat in dozens of restaurants and food shops every month, while occasionally roasting a whole pig in my wooden Caja China box in my alley.
In 1995, I switched from the news beat to covering food exclusively. Since then, I’ve been a frequent contributor to magazines, websites, newspapers and radio stations, while maintaining my constant role as a TV Food Producer and Reporter. As my expertise in the field has grown, I’ve also become a sought-after moderator, host, presenter and speaker.
My inside, behind-the-scenes knowledge of how television, radio and print work (and more importantly, what Editors and Producers need) has led to the creation of a unique, niche media training business, which focuses exclusively on the food and beverage industry outside of Chicago.
